Wanna Be Artsy

Growing up, I was always told that Art wasn't a real job. Or that you couldn't be intellectual and creative. I ignored the gibberish. Even a quantum computer has rhythm. And the balance of science and creativity are royal in most tech spaces.

I started Wanna Be Artsy as a play on the luxe of affordance to manifest through imagination. And how most portray art more than they actually participate in it. Urban art includes graffiti and streetwear. Going beyond that is dance and film. Literary Arts splurges on thoughts into words. Pages and paintings coexisting.

Wanna Be Artsy aspires to grow into a premiere showcase for the future of urban Art. Even if it has to migrate. WBA is founded from the Chicago bus stops. As I sketched and dreamt. Escapism that comes. To be given to inspire others to not separate the art from it's connection to all industries.
